Joe Cloutier, retired real estate and television executive, enjoys ham radio and photography. J. Melanie Cloutier, fine artist and retired television art director, loves painting, local history, and walking their dog, Bentley.
SPECTRA, a 2004 Kadey-Krogen 58, purchased in 2006. “We named her SPECTRA because as an artist, I work with the light spectrum while Joe uses the radio and audio spectrum with his ham radio. It also has a ‘Wonder Woman’ quality about it.”
